Each machine is CNC machined from billet aircraft aluminum on state of the art 5 AXIS CNC machines for ultimate precision and then hand polished to insure tight tolerances and excellent finishes. They are then anodized to aircraft industry standards for finish and ware resistance in friction areas. They are powered by a Swiss-made Maxon motor that produces a linear motion of the needle for power and consistency.
